Working with Equality Hawaiʻi Island was both a professional collaboration and a deeply personal project. At the time, I was living on Hawaiʻi Island and was an active member of the local LGBTQ+ community. Supporting the formation and growth of Equality Hawaiʻi Island meant using my skills to help strengthen visibility, connection, and access to resources for a community I was part of and deeply cared about.

I partnered with EqualityHI to develop visual assets that could clearly communicate their mission and show up consistently across platforms. This included logo creation, event posters, and social media graphics for major community events such as virtual resource fairs, fundraisers, and celebrations. Each piece was designed to be bold, welcoming, and easy to understand.
